The basic policy of liverose.com is not to provide refunds unless CCCV Ltd. decides otherwise at its own sole discretion. If specific extraordinary circumstances apply (e.g. technical malfunctions occur) we pay refunds in liverose.com Credits or cash. In these cases we will take into account other clients’ complaints and complaints about models as well.
If a user is discontented with an independent model using liverose.com software for maintaning video chat sessions and the actual chat log files also prove that the complaint is justifiable, credits can be refunded in liverose.com Credits only for later use with other models.
